Sharan Sharma’s Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, a biopic of the Indian Air Force’s first female battle pilot, out on Netflix on Wednesday. Janhvi Kapoor assumes a definitive job of Gunjan Saxena. It isn’t as smoothly made as Neerja or Uri: The Surgical Strike.
Amazing acting, less patriotism, feminism focused, decent music, Director Sharan Sharma has chosen to present an entirely unexpected topic on the big screen Netflix.
Gunjan Saxena Movie Review
When people saw the trailer of the movie Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, it felt like it would also be overacting, two or three films would come after that, it also flopped. Because the trailer was not anything special or can be said was faded, the Indian air force uniform was worn and the action sequences were nothing special.
But when I last watched this movie, I must say that “never judge a book by its cover and never judge a film by its trailer”. The movie is not great but it’s very very clever.

We can say that if we imagine Dangal and URI Bollywood movies as parents then Gunjan Saxena is their little baby. There is nothing new in the movie. There is nothing in any plot that you have not seen before.
But given the condition of the women of our society, this makes this movie extremely relevant, meaningful, and entertaining at the same time nothing new but very good.
The special moment of this movie is the Father-Daughter Relationship. And this is such a sensitive and delicate thing that if a little bit above or a little bit, the whole fun would go to waste, but we can say that this thing is absolutely perfect in this movie means not a single mistake present in there.
The effect is such that many scenes will definitely try you in your eyes. So beautiful, so pure, so raw. The biggest strength of this movie is the Father-Daughter Relationship. And it was important to play it more perfectly but they really did it well.
Overall the narrative of this movie is very shuttle and underhanding does not glorify anything. But with the music given by Amit Trivedi, he has added four moons (Chaar Chaand) to the movie. It basically highlights and enhances the feel and emotion of whoever scene of the movie is made.

Sounds, cinematography, graphics, visual, and the rest of the technical team have done a lot of work in the movie. If we talk about screenplay, scripts, and directions, then the specialty is that The girl, the baby girl, teenage daughter, the youth, and the female officer, all these are shown with great simplicity.
Patriotism is shown in a fairly normal way. No Bharat Mata Ki Jay, Hindustan Zindabad, How’s the josh means so normal patriotism. The action sequences of the movie are slightly different but 1 minute 48 minutes is worth it.
Janhvi Kapoor, when we first have seen him in Dhadak were we did not find anything special. Even after watching the trailer of this movie, we felt that this was not going to be anything special, but Janhvi Kapoor really proved us wrong.
Janhvi Kapoor has done excellent acting. If any actress is able to tell emotions with her eyes that’s the hallmark. That is the difference between good actors and trainee actors.
After watching this movie I must tell you that Janhvi Kapoor is really blessed by her mother ‘Sridevi’. She is from time to time getting better.
Pankaj Tripathi gave a brilliant performance as always which means no words for him. Pankaj Tripathi always delivers us the most well-written movies with absolutely effortless things.

Conclusion
Gunjan Saxena, The Kargil Girl film’s story is itemized, layered, and treated in a way that is connecting with and exciting. If you are wanted to watch war type and awesome patriotic movies then let me tell you that it’s not that type of movie.
As we already said it’s really a simple inspirational but it’s a good movie. It’s a story about a smaller topic which we never try to perceive.
